Happy little bluebirds fly...

Feeling blue? March certainly came roaring in like a lion, and I'm longing for warmer days to soothe my frazzled spirit. Lately I've been in a blue mood, but it turns out that's not necessarily a bad thing. April's Glamour reported that people tend to feel happier when they see the color blue... so much for it being a sad hue! So the other day I put on a bright new cardigan (bought on sale!) and let my little blue bird of happiness chirp to its heart's content.

Cardigan: Gap
Tank: Urban Outfitter's
Necklace: Gift
Jeans: Old Navy
Boots: Payless

Swing coat: H&M
Scarf: Borrowed from Mumsie!
Purse: Victoria's Secret

Bluebird of Happiness: Gift

Aw, little bluebird of happiness is so cute :) Love the look and the cardigan - it really is a delightful & cheerful color. Lovin' Mumsie's scarf, too!

I think I have one of those bluebirds too. Did you get it at Old Sturbridge Village or maybe Wheaton Village? Also, I recently read something that said that blue dishes encourage you to eat less, so if you're dieting, you should have blue dishes. Just FYI.

Mine was given to me by my voice teacher, back when I graduated junior high, or something. I think places like Sturbridge Village sell them, though. You've been there? You should come here and do Plimoth Plantation sometime-- now that's a hoot! I think you and I should waltz in there with some Starbucks. :D
